Is there anyway i can hook up a 2 pole 30amp breaker to my breaker panel outside below the main I have one 50 amp on it for air condition amd one spot left for another breaker.

Well, since we cannot see your panel it is hard to tell what is possible and what is not.
Can you post a pic of it, or maybe a make and model number?

If there is only one spot you CANNOT use it for a two-pole breaker.

There are only three spots in your panel? I highly doubt it.

Can you give us some more detail about what you are trying to do?
A 30A RV receptacle is 120v, not 240v, so it would only need one space anyway.

Yes, you can use a 2-pole breaker for a 120 Volt load. Just leave one of the terminals unused.
