Thru all your periods and off-the-wall abbreviations that make it hard to understand, I see no question.after installing a 3-way swt with feed at swt i installed a cfl bulb after turning swt off the bulb began to slowly go off and on. checking at leads i saw approx. 50 volts present. removed bulb and put in reg. style bulb, no flashing but still voltage. checked other 3-way lights in house, some fed through light or swt. they also show voltage present.
Start over and test with a standard bulb or even better... with a meter.after installing a 3-way swt with feed at swt i installed a cfl bulb
statement seems rather simple, such as swt.=switch and reg. would mean regular incadescent bulb, cfl would also imply a certain type of light bulb.Thru all your periods and off-the-wall abbreviations that make it hard to understand, I see no question.
