I have been searching all over the web and various stores (Lowes, Home Depot, Fastenal etc) for this and the best I can find is that it is some sort of an anchor. Has anyone ever seen this or know where I can order them?

Something like the sleeve/wedge type?

Do you have a Fastenal near you?

That is a funky one.

What is it used for? I have never used that type of plastic anchor.

I have no idea what it is used for, but I have found a use with golf clubs but cannot find anyone that knows where I can locate them. Fastenal didn't know and to get them produced is way to expensive.

Looks like a trade show display . How is that anchor different from a Rubber Vise Clamp?

Good luck find them that long, there's just no common use for them.
Any Lowe's or HD has them but there far shorter.
