blue wire was screwed to body of motor and the red and green wires are wired into a contactor. the other end of the wire has no plug on it. so i know where the earth goes just need to know if it matters if i mix the other 2 up. id think red would be active but who knows with these colours:furious::furious::furious:

in australia we have brown active blue nuteral and green earth. ive just received a pump for my car hoist with blue wire as earth and the other 2 colours are red and green. it has no plug on other end so witch is active and what country uses red green as feeds and blue as earth????
