You probably saw the banner for a sister site that's for Pro's only.

To answer your original question, I'd contact other Goodman contractors. It doesn't sound right that a coil isn't available for a 5 year old unit. (maybe the contractor wasn't motivated to do any research because they wanted to charge for a complete changeout). Keep shopping!!
