Change out one of the non-dimming bulbs into one of the dimming bulbs sockets. If it dims, it the circuit or the can light. If it doesn't, change out the bulbs and get some LEDs.
20 Watt Halegon Light Bulbs
I have three under kitchen cabinet 20 watt long life Halogen bulbs that have started dimming. The rest of the bulbs in the kitchen fine. These three bulbs side by side are about half brightness even after replacing. Anyone have a suggestion as to what is going on.
