I am redoing my floor in the family room, and there is a 2 x 30 return air grill that is in bad shape, and I would like to replace it
I went to home depot, but they don't have any. The only one they have that is 30" long is 6" wide
Where can I find a 2" wide?

Go to a real HVAC supply, order one on line.
Sounds like an odd ball size.

Well, I verified the size and it is exactly 32" long and 3.5" wide...
Seems to be a non standard size anyway !!!

Ayuh,.... Is it all tore up,..?? or just ratty lookin',..??

I rehabbed 1 for my Mom years ago, just by scrubbin' it down, 'n Paintin' it....

It was still lookin' fine when We sold the homestead, after she passed...
