It works, but is it "safe/code"?

I'm pulling power from a hall light (ceiling box w/neutral etc). From this box, I ran a single 14/3 to the switch box in the bedroom wall (power on white wire (re-identified) pigtailed to each switch, separate switches return on black and red). Then off to their respective lights via the ceiling box.

Am I good to go with this?
