I had a bathroom fan that died.
I purchased a new one, but the plug has a fatter prong, and won't fit in the outlet in the ceiling.
I have attached images.
Also, I assume it is a ground wire, but where does that go?

What options do I have?
Thank you

I'm guessing the fan assembly is old a predates polarized plugs. You can either try to get a polarized receptacle that will fit the space, file down the wider blade or buy an entire new unit.
