I have done a lot of odd and end stuff helping people, plus owning a new house. But 8/2014 I bought a house that was deemed "liveable" and not any more then that on appraisal. Have done ALOT of work in last year and a half. Still got a lot more. Here are some before and after shots of what I have done.

Behind the living room wall was just a really long Hall to master. So I opened up the master to living room with a tiny little Hall. Center of the hall became dry bar. Hall closest to front was turned into a linen closet. Old linen was a tiny 2'x2'. It was taken out and the second bedroom door was moved over. I will take pics of it as that room is the last room I need to finish. I removed closet from that room as well because the electric panel was in it and no longer code. I figured it's easier to move closet then electrical panel.

Kitchen is my current project. Not even close to done, but progress. I try to keep it functional at each step.
