1/2" EMT capacity.

I put 4 - 12 AWG wires in 1/2" EMT for a basement and laundry circuit; two hot and two neutral. It seems a bit tight. Am I overfilling the EMT and with this many wires do I need to derate below 20 AMPS?
TIA

You can put 9 #12 THHN conductors in 1/2" EMT. 3 or more current carrying conductors requires derating. But it derates from 30 amps and in you case it is not less than 20 amps.

You are fine.
