    I have a Toro 421 snowblower. (4 cycle - gas & oil separate) Was running fine. I disengaged the forward drive handle, the unit stopped, but would not start the forward movement again when I engaged the handle. Auger was not affected, just the drive forward and backward. Can anyone tell me...
