I posted here a good while ago regarding pouring a foundation slab to build a wood fired oven.
Well, meanwhile I've been busy building the oven itself. It's been fun.
Now that the oven is almost done, I want to make a small pergola style single pitch roof structure to protect the oven...
I wanted to show you my latest project for the country house.
The old barbecue disintegrated due to the hot and cold winters of northern Italy.
So I decided to build it while saving as much as possible.
The total cost was € 250 and many weekends worked.
To you the final judgment.
I am looking for some help to make a dream come true. I have a chimney that was used to vent from an old boiler. It runs from my basement through my kitchen upstairs to the roof. I have recently remodeled my kitchen to include a cooktop center island around this red brick chimney.
