Hello, If I’m installing a 36” OVE shower kit on a concrete slab, with the drainage above ground level into a SaniFloPlus macerated, how high must I build the platform under the shower to accommodate a P trap? I’m trying to choose between a base made with 2x6’s (ideal) or 2x8’s (which would be...

Hi, Hoping for some advice.. we are doing a tub to walk-in shower conversation. We were digging to see condition of Ptrap to see if that should be replaced when we did the 1.5 inch to 2 inch pipe conversion, but I’m now 30” deep, and still no P trap in sight, and have not reached the main line...

I am redoing the piping under the kitchen sink. The P trap horizontal pipe 1.5in extends about 3 to 4 inches into the horizontal sewer ABS 2in pipe. Should I trim the P trap pipe to be closer to where the two meet? Or is it better to keep it long? Sketch - https://imgur.com/a/hriUmaq

I found a newly invented P trap, with an exterior knob that sweeps through the trap and clears out clogs. It also allows you to catch an article that falls into the drain. It is clear plastic, so you can see the water draining through - like the view of those clear plastic ant farms! Anyone have...

Hey all... I am remodeling my bathroom and moved my sink a bit and the P Trap no longer matches up quite right which is causing it to leak. I would like to switch to PVC, but I don't know how or what I need to do or use to connect the PVC to the galvanized pipe. I have a 1 1/2 galvanized pipe...
