    My summer cottage is hot! Upstairs is at least 20 deg hotter than down. Open rafters under new roofing, but how do I insulate? I have a good handyman, but I myself am not able to work on it. Don't want fiberglass, so what can I do? Also on fixed income so budget is important. Thanks for help...
