    The outside unit fan on my 12 yr old miller heat pump ( i believe split unit) stopped working. The air blows inside but is not cold and the heat seems to be working maybe not as warm as should be.. I have tried to push fan to get it started with no luck. I do hear the unit humm when turned on...
