Hi there, About to swap in a 36 x 80 mahogany door slab. It will probably need to be cut, then sealed/stained (it's unfinished), latch/knob holes cut, etc. Also got a little banged up in transit, unfortunately at exterior facing hinge-side corners, so hopefully they seal ok. Things on my mind...

Any ideas on what SIZE of trim I should rip for the seams (corners were there are gaps and mistakes) on this? It's a mahogany (African Mahogany) paneled alcove. I bought two 12' long solid mahogany 2 x 4 lumber to rip to size for the seams. The WIDTH I know but how THICK should it be? 3/4"...
