Looking inside the electrical panel in the house I bought, I was surprised to see the neutral bus bar crowded right up next to the ground bus bar, so much so that it seems the ground bus bar is virtually impossible to access in order to secure grounding wires to it.

Is it ok to swap out the bottom bus bar to one that has there large lugs on it? I have a 50amp breaker already on that side I added that I need to make a run from to outside. The large lugs on the top bar are already being used. I want a bar on the bottom just like the one on top
i was wondering whether it is possible to monitor actual traffic or usage of a panel's grounding connections and the rod. how can i know that current actually got grounded? is there a monitoring device that can get plugged into your main panel that records it and then you take it out and...

I am wiring a new room in the basement. In doing so I am adding three new AFCI circuit breakers to my box. As I have read other folks mention... I am low on spots on the ground bar.
