General Information
My grandfather dug a well in his yard and ran spigots thru out. I inherited the property and have since noted that by each spigot there are empty buckets with lids buried. What is the purpose of this??.. I've searched Google and have even asked around in town and no one seems to have a logical, well, that would match my Grandfather's mindset, explanation.
