This is after we ripped the wall board out of the hallway.

We ripped up and replaced the section of the subfloor that was rotted out.

That is the hole we cut into the floor to replace the rotted section.

The original lath & plaster wall. Furring strips held the wallboard out enough for them to run the wiring behind it.
