The chalet is all stairs, 4 half flights of stairs on three split floors.

Laying the basic floor on the concrete sub floor, 100mm insulation and floating 22mm chipboard on top.
Stud walling, between bedroom, landing and shower, will be filled with sound insulation then covered in plaster board and decorated. See http://chez-r
Plumbing in the shower and second bathroom. Trying to decide which is better, copper or plastic. Decided plastic is the way to go. It is so much easie
