I started to do the taping/mudding, but realized it would look like garbage if I continued - so I hired a drywall contractor for that.

Framing around the utility room.

The support beams were sooo not plumb, so I framed 9" square columns around them to mask it.

Drywall is done - I hung all the drywall myself.

Drywall, painting and flooring is complete.

Just the finishing touches left, including the trim.
