I sent in the lot number to the 1800 number on the back.. and waiting to see what happens

now everything has to be torn back up to install somthing that will work
every single plank is pulling up
still curled up
and even the sheetrock was just a lil higher undercut to even add more to the 1/8 in
there is the 1/8 all the way around..
=( not what we wanted
