Electrics all have to be installed to code. Its the only thing actually inspected so its got to be right.
Mezzanine right at the top of the house. My brother is perched on top.
The chalet is all stairs, 4 half flights of stairs on three split floors.

Laying the basic floor on the concrete sub floor, 100mm insulation and floating 22mm chipboard on top.
