We have a 2 bedroom house on 100 wooded acres. My oldest wants to live in the Shack which has no insulation (attic or wall), no venting for the roof a very questionable fireplace. We are going to replace siding and windows ourselves and hire out the issues with roofing with no vent or insulation.
