tile crown option?

I want to install wall tiles from ceiling to bathtub. However, I don't know how pros would handle the wall to ceiling joint.
1. plain tiles
2. tile crown? Or
3. pencil liner?

Could anyone show me a picture how it should look like? Thanks!

Stop short and use bullnose or come up with a design that works. There is really no right way to design a tile shower. Just do a google image search. I have done very few tub surrounds that go to the ceiling. For enclosed showers I just cut in the last row unless the customer has a different idea.
