What's possible with our bathtub?

Hello everyone! I don't necessarily plan on doing this myself, but I was hoping the experts here can advise. See our bathtub per the attachment - I don't know the type of tub it is, but it's "oversized", definitely bigger than the average tub. We want to go bigger though --- water jets, the whole deal. But it's not clear to me what my options are given that wall you see there --- I assume we can go higher, but not wider...

I guess what I am asking from the DIY community is what type of whirlpool tub I should be looking for here, do we have a standard size here that you can tell from the picture?

I really don't know where to start, but I'm hoping we have some options. Thoughts?

Brad, Welcome to the Forum
Thanks for posting the pic, although if you had
included dimensions it would have been better.

It sounds like you're interested in a Whirlpool Tub
here is a 72" x 36" from Home Depot

and some various sizes from Kohler

You will also need to plan space for and an access panel to the Whirlpool motor.

Thanks Bob! The dimensions are (Width) 40 3/4 " by (Length) 58 ". So maybe it's smaller than I thought... From your Kohler page, would that be the 60" x 36"?

Or the one with the tile flange
There are a lot of other styles and brands. Happy hunting
