Tub surround gap/separating

We're in the last phase of fixing up our bathroom and after removing caulk I realized the gap was pretty large between the surround walls and bathtub as well as the wall.

I'm not sure how the caulk is even going to go into that gap and don't want to start that process if we need to take another route.

This is an old house and terrible bathroom that needs completely regutted but we are getting ready to sell & have a lot of other projects that we're finishing up so that's not really an option so I'd like to keep it at bare minimum but still do things the right way!

Thanks for any help and advice

OK so apply some silicone Almond colored caulk. It's not that big a gap.
At the top you can use latex caulking.
