Tips on cutting holes in a kitchen granite counertop


I want to add a soap dispenser to my kitchen countertop. Any tips, tricks etc. to cutting a hole in granite?

Use a diamond bit in a drill, Slowly, keep it wet enough to keep the temperature lower,

Did I mention SLOWLY, rock the bit a little from side to side and round and round. Not overheating the bit/ hole saw, will be a slow process, but it will eventually get through.

Do not be impatient or you will break the counter top and wish that you had called the "GRANITE GUY".

And measure three or four times, cut once. No second chances.
