Question

Tiling/grout trouble.

I am tiling for my third time, but first time on a wall. The shower wall above a bath tub. I got my grout too dry and didn't get it all cleaned off of the tile, or the joints before it got hard. What can I do? Do I need to get a grout saw and remove it, and then re-do it?
