You maybe able to lift them out of the bottom track with window suction cups.

@WildcatSteeler it looks to me like those are sliding tracks. If so I think you want to remove that chair rail molding, then take off the bottom rack of the mirrors (possibly bending it outward so you can get those mirror panels off - the one over the door would come out last, being slid to the right to remove it.

The top track is deeper, you should be able to lift up into the top track to pull the bottom out.
