Removing glued down jetted tub

I just started work on a bathroom remodel project and step 1 is to remove the existing jetted tub. I had no issue disconnecting pretty much everything that the tub is connected to except the floor itself. It seems that the builder used the expanding foam to insulate/glue the tub down to the concrete floor and no amount of human force is even budging it. I really wanted to donate the tub to habitat for humanity as there is nothing particularly wrong with it, but I am coming to the realization that this is probably not going to happen now.

The only thing that I can come up with is to cut the tub into pieces and get to the parts that are glued down and chisel the foam out. I am hoping that someone here might have another, better, idea that might allow to salvage the tub. If it is not possible to salvage, does anyone have an idea of a better, less brute force way, of removing the tub?

Most likely there not even going to want it.
Start cutting.
You did remove the drain, right?

Yes. I removed all plumbing lines and the drain of the tub.
