Possible to fix a stone tile?

our bathroom is only a couple of years old and today I noticed a small round hole in one of the shower tiles. Each tile is about 0.75 by 0.75 inches, and the hole is only a few millimeters in diameter, it's not a crack. I was wondering if it's possible to fill it with some material and not replace the whole tile? I don't care about the aesthetics, as it's a really hole, but I am worried about water seeping in there.
I am attaching a picture for reference.
Thank you!!
