One sink two sinks beside each other

I am remodeling a bathroom that ha a sink in the middle of the counter whih is 72" long. To preserve the existing cabinet we were thinking abot adding another sink beside the existing at one end. Then I thought we might could build a small counter cabinet at the opposite end to Balance it out. Anyone have some input?
