Need help. TileRedi not sloping into the drain

I have installed a TileRedi 36 x 36 center drain shower base. I leveled all four sides but when I tested the slope with water, one corner had a pool of water. I have not put the provided epoxy or laid any tiles. I wanted to know if there is any remedy to deal with the improper slope on one corner to ensure proper drainage.

There is probably not a great deal of slope on the pre manufactured unit. Once you have it fastened in place you will begin to tile. Keeping a level handy, increase the thinset slightly to the side that needs elevation. Not much. Just enough to allow the tile to be at a slope indicated all the way around the base.

Thank you Chandler48. The company gave me epoxy to lay the shower floor tile. I don't know the consistency of it but would the same rule apply for this?

Ouch, probably not. Unless it is the consistency of thinset. Is it epoxy "grout" or is it specified as a product to lay tile with? I don't understand if you have the unit level, why one corner is high, unless it was molded improperly.

I'm not quite sure. It's a 3 part mix and doesn't note or refer is as grout

But here is the residual water. Is it a big issue?

So it is more the consistency of Acrylpro or other mastics, as opposed to thinset?

The epoxy from Tileredi is an epoxy thinset, not a grout. I don't think you'll be able to build it up at all to get rid of your puddle. It is very tacky though, and smells.
