Moving a vanity with top installed

My wife has asked me to buy and install this double vanity with marble top in the second floor Bath (see image). The only only weight spec listed says "Top 173 lbs". I checked the dimensions and it looks like I'll have to tip it up on end and slide it into the bath from the hallway.

1. How fragile are these pre-attached marble tops? I'll need to flip this thing on end a couple times and maybe even upside down to slide it up the stairs (carpet).

2. What's the typical weight for a double vanity 73"x35hx22d?

3. Is it better to have it delivered to the store so I can return it on the spot if we don't like the color, quality, or there's damage? The negative of that is moving it onto the truck and off at home.

Thanks!

That would be first one if that top comes already installed that I've ever seen.

I emailed Home Depot and they said this top comes pre-attached. They also offer delivery into the room of my choice for $30. Save my back for $30? Sounds like a steal.

Finished building the vanity from scratch. Wife is happy so I'm happy. The materials for my build only cost about $500 vs buying the complete Home Depot unit for $1500+tax+faucets+hardware
