mounting floating vanity onto the tiled wall?

I'm getting ready to work on our guest bathroom that calls for tiling the whole wall. We're installing 27" wide floating vanity. Do I tile the whole wall and then install the vanity over the tile or do you plan on where the vanity will be and not tile that area so the vanity rest against the sheet rock?

What I'm concerned about is the vanity cracking the tile.

I don't see the need for tie behind it. If it will be in the way for tiling bolt it up and solve all those problems outline it with a pencil, take off and tile.

It would actually be less work to tile it all the way up, my tiles are very large pieces 13x39. It'll be less cutting if I did it all the way up. Does it matter then?

I best leave that answer to people who have done it.
The wall would have to be flat so you aren't moving the wall to flat with the vanity.

Would you rather put up your tiles and then drill holes through them, or just cut them before you put them up? I know which I'd rather deal with.
