mobile home bathroom remodel

HI,
We bought an older mobile home slowly remodeling as we find money and time to do so. The floors were all originals and mostly walls too.

We refinished the bathroom last year, actually redid both bathrooms.

Cost was minimal since we found the vanity used and counter top. We reused the original faucet. Bought a newer tub that is where the main cost was.
Newer light fixture about $100
New mirror about $150
Tub was last years model for $500
Floor is inexpensive squares in a color and style I like.

Green board drywall 1/2 lightweight
Bead board and wood trim.

New toilet seat.

I kept the toilet, shelve, and faucet.
We had to trim out door since this originally was doorless for wheel chair access.

It turned out well, and we were happy to find existing doors in storage.

We started with the bathrooms since the floors were squishy, replaced flooring and was surprised that mostly is stapled to to support beams. We used nails! We are trying to keep things in a tight budget.
We estimated cost of Bathrooms was about $1000. The insulation looked good. We did the work ourselves so that savings is huge. I like to paint and my husband is handy with other items.

Great job !!

I'm not handy with those makeover type things and my wife likes to paint but I did build a toilet seat for an Eljer toilet and saved 90 bucks.
