Looking for solid wood butcherblock in SF or Peninsula

IKEA and the big box stores are sold out and don't expect new delivery for weeks. Do not want butcherblock with a particleboard core. This is going on a countertop with a kitchen sink and dishwasher underneath. Assume these will get wrecked down the road with water damage.

Solid wood is the best, obviously, for these areas where there is a lot of water being used in the kitchen.

Thanks for any places you can suggest.

Try looking for finished wood supplier in your area.

Lots of websites sell off-the-shelf and custom butcher block. Here's one: https://www.johnboos.com/sub_group.asp?s=r&mn=2

Lumber Liquidators also sells inexpensive (lower quality) butcher block

According to a buddy of mine that works down that way occasionally, The Countertop Store in San Carlos carries maple butcher block in a couple of thicknesses.
