Leveling cabinet for Granite Counter

All of my cabinets are level except for 1. I have to bring it up 1 inch to make it level with the other (there is a 3 foot space between them). How do I level it without having a huge gap between the cabinet and the floor?

Most installers will raise the cabinet and make new, larger toe kick panels--

If the side of the cabinet is exposed--some matching trim must be used--

You could extend the top of the cabinet--use matching wood--this is a second choice, however, because the cabinet face will be lower than the other cabinets.
