kitchen sink screw up

I installed a new ss kitchen sink and cut the corners square instead of rounded. Do they make a ring that will go around the outside of the edge of the sink to cover the holes in the corners.

I don't think so, but try your local big box hw store (Lowe's, HD). One option might be to cut the rounded opening from another piece of wood and lay it on top of your square cutout. Caulk generously all around.

I'd make you an escutcheon plate from 16 gauge #4 finish stainless steel and radius the corners to match your sink with a feathered edge all around, but I don't know where you are.

Call local sheet metal shops that do stainless fabrication and see if they can help you.

Can you return that sink and get one that will cover the goof?

If there's an escutcheon for this it will come from the sink manufacturer.
