Kitchen Cabinets too tight for larger oven. Please advise.

We have a pantry set up with 3 side by side cabinets. One of them houses an oven. We bought a larger oven to replace a double oven. The new oven is a 27 inch oven going into where our 24 inch double oven was installed. An installer put it in by cutting the side wall and using the next cabinet to the left as part of the new support. It worked very well except the space looks too tight. Can I remove the adjacent cabinet wall and make that next cabinet narrow by putting a new wall in for it or can I move them all over making more room that way. These are full length floor to ceiling. Looks like a big job and the cabints appear to be on a bottom base. the tops are complete with trim molding.

There are several cabinet makers here---If there is a way you could post a picture ,I am sure you will get plenty of suggestions,----Mike----

I'm off to work and will check this again when I return.
