Kitchen Cabinet Hinges

The part that screws into the frame is 1 3/4" long 3/4" wide and attached with 2 screws. The a piece 1" long 1/2" wide sticks out of one end (45 degree angle?) with a small hole in the end so that the cabinet door - which has a pin sticking out - sits in the small hole. Obviously, there is a pin in the top of the door and a pin in the bottom that fit into the two hinges. I need to buy 20 to replace the old ones that are starting to crumble.
