Install vanity on tiled wall, no stud behind

I'm almost finished remodeling my half bathroom, I just need to install the vanity (24" wood cabinet)
How can i install it knowing the wall is tiled, and on there is no stud where the vanity will be located?
Should I just use silicone on the back of the sink for example?

Re: Install vanity on tiled wall, no stud behind

That is a free standing vanity, and unless the manufacturer stipulates otherwise, it requires no fastening to the wall. You can run a bead of silicone on the back of the sink part, as well as around the rim where it rests on the wood. Then finish off the trim by using silicone around the point where it is attached to the wall.

Seems strange there us no stud in 24". If you can't find it, use toggle bolts.
