How to remove scratches from porcelain shower pan

Hi I had a brand new porcelain shower pan/ base installed. The plumber scratched the pan. How do I remove these scratches. Also I don't know if it is better to remove the scratches or get a new shower pan/ base.

Plumber scratched the pan? Shouldn't he be fixing or replacing?

I was told that the plumber made an effort to fix the scratches. The problem is although the surface looks shiny and feels smooth you can still see the scratches when you have a closer look. Also, the scratches is quite a lot, all over the shower base. The developer don't see the reason to replace the shower base. Also have similar problem with bath tub.

What is the tub and shower made of? If it scratches this easily if will like be a long term issue. Is this a remodel or new construction?

So when you showed the developer the scratched tub he told you to go fly a kite?

Any pictures of this stuff?
