We have underfloor heating in the bathroom including the shower area. The linear drain is at a right angel to to shower fixtures and parallel to planed a glass panel that separates the shower from the bathroom
The Shower floor tilts slightly toward the wall opposite from the shower-faucet and away from the drain. The tilt begins just before the drain ends. That causes a beat of water to run along the bathtub to the wall opposite the shower fixtures and along that wall into the bathroom. Also toward the end of the drain the water does not enter the drain but runs around it and into the bathroom.
The contractor has pulled a couple of the tiles up and was thinking we may be able to have a shallow custom maid drain extension. I don't think that is possible and am wondering what the best solution to this problem would be. Thank you for your time.
On the attached photo I drew the path that the water takes.
