Can I use professional granite sealant after it has already been installed?

Had a granite countertop installed not long ago and the sealant the installers used was not the best - I’ve had two simple stains. Calling them back is no help, so I want to do this myself.

Even though this has been professionally sealed, can I use professional grade sealant again or is that a one time thing? I was thinking of using http://www.stonetooling.com/Aqua-Mix...RoC1LQQAvD_BwE

I want to use this on a rental property since durability is the most important thing for me - I know there are spray on type resealers but I’m not convinced those will hold up long and I don’t want to have to reseal every 6 months (assuming a tenant is hard on the place)

Use the sealant, but put it in a spray bottle and wipe it down. Don't be deceived by "professional" anything. It apparently didn't work with your professional installers
