Bathroom repairs

I'm trying to fix up a few things before listing our house for sell..

The shower door seal around the glass needs to be replaced, but I cant find the name of the seal or where to purchase some, and i rather not buy a new door set if i don't need to..

Also the window in the bathroom needs to be fixed as i think the window seals are broken.. Can I repair the window, or does this need to be done by a window shop / do I just need to replace the window?

Re: Bathroom repairs

remove the shower doors and put up a nice curtain rod with
new shower curtain and call it a day. let the new owners
decided if they want doors or curtains.
shop around for a replacement window - it is not hard to change out.

I am flipping my third house now and it is so easy
to over think the simple things.
I have come to understand that your asking price should only include
the repairs & upgrades to get it sold at that price.

Re: Bathroom repairs

For the shower door, this may be the type of thing you're looking for?

As far as your window, if you're talking about condensation between double glazing, then yes, the seal has failed. Whether they can be repaired or not probably depends on the window frames. Custom? Standard size? Maybe you can just replace entirely.

Re: Bathroom repairs

The sealed units in the window can be changed with out getting into the window changing, call a window repair company.
