Acrylic shower panel on an uneven wall

HI

I'm fitting acrylic shower panels into a newly plastered wall. I have put one side on, fitting it into the corner trim. When I come to fit the other side I find that the wall isn't square.

My question is, is there a way to mark out the new panel so that I can cut it relative to all unevenness of the wall. I'm sure Iv'e seen people doing this sort of thing with kitchen worktops but I'm at a loss.

Thank you
