1959 House Bathroom Stud Question

I'm in the process of repairing the upstairs bathroom. I'm working on a very tight budget. The bathroom had some super cheap board lining the tub, and there's clearly a lot of moisture that got into the wall.

I'm attaching a picture of the studs, I'm not sure if these need to be replaced or not. I was really trying to avoid pulling the tub out, so I wanted to run this by you guys.

Also, the window is an aluminum window, should I replace it as well?

Thank you for the help!
